The story since 2005
I founded Easymindstudio in Serbia at 25, as a video production and web development agency, and ran it with a small team until 2013. Today the practice operates from Fredrikstad, Norway, with a narrower and deeper focus.
Running an agency taught me things a developer rarely learns: how to estimate realistically, how to scope honestly, and when to say no. You get an engineer who understands the business side of a project, not just the code.
