This website sets no cookies and has no contact forms. It counts visits anonymously, and the only personal data I handle is what you choose to send me by email.

Who is responsible
Igor Tosic, Fredrikstad, Norway, operating under the name Easymindstudio, is the data controller. Contact: info@easymindstudio.com.
What I collect and why
- Emails you send me. Your name, email address and whatever you include in the message. I use it only to reply and, if you ask for it, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Technical server logs. The hosting provider processes IP addresses and request data for a short time to deliver the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)).
- Anonymous visit statistics. Which pages are visited, the referring site, and the country, browser, operating system and device type. I use this to see which content is useful and to improve the site (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)).
I do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or build profiles.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or cross-site trackers, so there is no cookie banner.
Visits are counted with Vercel Web Analytics. It stores nothing on your device. Instead of a cookie, it recognises a visit with a temporary value calculated from the request, which changes every day, so visitors cannot be identified or followed across days or other websites. I only see aggregated numbers, never individual visitors.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, correspondence is kept for as long as the engagement requires and as the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act (bokføringsloven) demands for accounting records.
Processors
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting and delivery, and anonymous visit statistics.
- Namecheap, Inc. (Private Email): storing and delivering email.
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Email info@easymindstudio.com and I will respond within 30 days.
You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
